Obituary for
Edward Russell Bennett
Passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Friday June 16, 2017 at the age of 94. Predeceased by his wife Janette. Father of Thomas Bennett, Linda Tabak (Steven), Katherine Byrne (John), Patricia Kozak (Zoltan) and the late Dennis Bennett. Grandfather of Tyler Bennett, Jessica Halperson (Shalom), Aaron Tabak (Arielle), Josh Tabak (Talya), Jordan Kozak, Olivia Kozak and the late Christopher Bennett. Great grandfather of Arlo Tabak, Zachary Bennett and Emma Bennett. Thank you to our family and friends especially Carol and Edgar Beaulieu, Judith Marion and Kim Fletcher for your constant support and care. To Tom, thank you for being there everyday over the past year. Dad waited for you to come home. We deeply appreciate your sacrifice. A Celebration of Edward’s Life will be held on Wednesday June 21, 2017 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 25 (96 Great Northern Road) from 7:00pm-9:00pm. A Legion service will be held at 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch 25) and would be appreciated by the family.
