Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday September 3, 2018 in her 96th year. Wife of the late Michele Purchio. Predeceased by her parents Oreste and Maria De Vincenzo. Dear sister of the late Ideale De Vincenzo (late Janina), late Lucrezia Calleo (late Domenico), late Antonio De Vincenzo (Yolande), late Licia Hryniewicz (late John), late Nicolino De Vincenzo (late Nella), Rosario De Vincenzo (Lucia), Julia Gargano (Pasquale) and Ascenzina Purchio. Daughter-in-law of the late Antonio and Angelina Purchio. Sister-in-law of Filomena Niro. Michelina will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call at O'Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre (215 St. James Street) on Friday September 7, 2018 from 11:00am-1:00pm. Funeral Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church (114 MacDonald Ave.) at 1:30pm with Father Paul Conway officiating. Entombment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery to follow.
