Rosina was a loving wife, mother and “Nonni”. She was happy as long as you were eating and what a great cook she was! She enjoyed her flower and vegetable gardens and was able to crochet and knit anything.
Survived by her husband, Paul Celetti, her daughters Anna (Tony) Martin of Sault Ste Marie and Paula (Joey) Genovese of Marquette, Michigan. Rosina is also survived by her six grandchildren Mora (Joe) Bruno of Sault Ste Marie, Paul (Meagan) Martin of Saline, Michigan, Sarah Martin of Ottawa, Scott (Meaghan) Martin of Sault Ste Marie, Karly Genovese of New York, New York, Bryce Genovese of Chicago, Illinois and her step-grandchildren Cory Genovese and Christi (Mike) Parker of Marquette, Michigan. Nonni was also blessed with seven great-grandchildren Pietro and Anthony Bruno, Emma, Grace, and Mary Martin, Charlotte and Claire Martin. Rosina leaves behind her brothers and sisters Savino (Helen) Minnetti of California, Gilda (Ivo deceased) Strappa, Anna (Renzo) Fuselli, and Aldo (Marina) Minnetti of Italy. Predeceased by Ave (Dario) Luciani, Ivo (Maria) Minnetti, and Lena Minnetti. In honouring Rosina’s wishes, a Come and Go Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday May 28, 2017 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at the Grand Gardens on Dennis St. The family would like to thank the staff of Twin Lakes at Extendicare Maple View. Special thanks to Maria Lento who visited and to the doctors and nurses of 3A and 3B at the Sault Area Hospital for their excellent care and compassion.
