Condolence: It was with a heavy heart that I learned of the passing of Father Norman, such a kind and gentle soul. I remember him as a very dear friend, former school mate and a very devoted priest. He was easy to love, and a joy to have as a good friend. Many times, when we chatted, whether in the mall or after a church service, he would lift my spirits with comforting words, or make me laugh with a simple comment. The world has lost a wonderful person, but surely he was welcomed with open arms by our Lord in Heaven.
My sincere condolences to his sisters, brothers and their families - and to his close friends as well. He will be missed, but will lovingly be remembered for his smile and his ever gentle spirit.
