Obituary for
Robert Zappacosta
Suddenly at home on Friday August 14, 2015, Robert Zappacosta at the age of 59. Husband and best friend to Darlene. Father to Tawnia (Mark) and Zach. Papa to Devon and Noah. Predeceased by his parents Glenda Zappacosta and Camillo (Camy) Zappacosta (Jean). Robert was brother to Joseph (Donna), Tony (Teresa), David (Deborah) and Aldo (Becky). Stepbrother to Wesley Werbowy (Susan), Ken Werbowy (Barb) and Linda Wilmshurst (Fred), and brother-in-law to Christine McElwain. Robert will be missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and all his friends, especially his best friend Tim Lambert. Family and friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (Corner of Cathcart and St. James) on Tuesday August 18, 2015 from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Wednesday August 19, 2015 at 11:00am. Burial in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Echo Bay to follow. The family would like to thank the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and Dr. Wakegijic, for their care and compassion. Memorial donations can be made in Robert’s memory to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Diabetes Society.
