Obituary for Jon Ocan

Peacefully at ARCH Hospice on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at the age of 69. Jon is survived by his loving best friend and partner Ursula Urscheler. He will be missed by his children Bonita (James) Young of Toronto, and step-children Marilyn (Carl) Bowyer, Evelyn (Tom) Rowlinson and Daniella (Philip) Urscheler. Papa Jon to Ava. Step Papa to Sarah and Jake Boyer, Amanda, Meghan and Nick Rowlinson and Samuel, Julia and Tom Urscheler. Brother of Ana Opera of Kitchener, Ontario. Jon was a caring and loving uncle and friend to many. Private family services followed by cremation have taken place. The family would like to thank Dr. Booth, Dr. Lupien and the staff, volunteers, nurses and doctors at ARCH. Donations in Jon’s memory can be made directly to ARCH and would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to O'Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James Street, (705) 759-8456.
